WORK ON YOUR LEGACY

Ninety days, with two days in person · hosted throughout the year in Florence and cities around the world

Legacy is what you are building right now

For a long time I thought legacy was something you dealt with at the end. A will, a trust, a meeting with the lawyer once the hair has turned grey. I was wrong. You are already leaving a legacy — with your money, your company, your family, your friendships, the way you make decisions and the things you believe. The only question is whether you build it on purpose or leave it to chance.

What you actually hold

Most of us look after two of these with great care. The rest are nobody’s job.

The law will move what you own whether you plan it or not. Nothing will move what you are unless you do it on purpose.

WHAT YOU OWN

Money, property, ownership and its structures, and what “enough” means for you.

With anything you hold, you can do three things

Building and ordering you can do alone. Entrusting always takes a second person — which is why it is the hardest of the three, and the one we postpone.

build

does it exist?

You made it. This is where most of us spend our lives.

order

Could someone else pick it up?

It is separated from you, structured and written down. It no longer depends on you being in the room.

entrust

Has someone, and did it stand?

A named person now carries it, does it differently from you, and it still holds.

why now?

this is not late work

A signature takes an afternoon. A structure takes a year. A prepared successor takes a decade. Judgment takes twenty years. So you begin with the slowest thing, and you begin while what you have built is still producing — whether you are thirty-five or seventy-five.

the legacy intensive

Ninety days to bring clarity to what you are building

Ninety days, with two days in person · hosted throughout the year in Florence The Legacy Intensive takes you through your own life with the same discipline you brought to your business. You begin with an honest look at where you stand. You spend two days in person with a small group of people who are also building something significant. And you leave with your Legacy Blueprint: a clear, bound plan for what you will build, order and entrust next.

Through a personal Legacy Interview, we explore your story, values, and vision for the generations to come. From this conversation, we craft your personal Legacy Blueprint, which I walk you through personally. Your Blueprint then arrives beautifully bound, together with my second book, From Success to Significance.

what you leave with

  • What legacy means for you, in your own words
  • A clear map of what you hold, and where it is exposed
  • The people who will carry what you have built
  • The conversations you need to have
  • Three focus areas for the next twelve months

where and when

The Legacy Intensive is hosted throughout the year in cities around the world — most prominently in Florence, where the story began.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Business owners, entrepreneurs, investors and anyone who has built something worth keeping, at any stage of life. It is designed for individuals; couples can join by exception.

What the Medici kept

Most people remember the Medici as bankers. But the bank was the part that did not last. It failed in 1494.

What carried the family for more than two centuries afterwards was everything nobody audits: people raised to carry responsibility, relationships held across generations, judgment handed from one head of the family to the next, and convictions about beauty and learning they paid for without expecting a return.

Millions of people still travel to Florence every year to see what they entrusted. If a family in Renaissance Florence could think that far ahead, how much more should we?

A German-trained lawyer who left the profession to build, Cris has founded and invested in companies across five countries and today runs a family office overseeing two family foundations.

He spent five years studying the Medici — a family whose bank failed, and whose legacy still draws millions to Florence every year. That work became Legacy Architecture: the discipline of building, ordering and entrusting everything a person actually holds.

He is the author of Get Your House in Order and From Success to Significance, and with his brother Philip founded the Medici community for business owners.

faq

Is this estate planning?

No. Estate planning transfers what you own. Legacy Architecture entrusts what made you able to own it. Your lawyer and your tax adviser remain essential. The Intensive covers what they are not positioned to: your people, your access, your judgment and your convictions — and how all of it fits together.

Most people start too late, not too early. The slowest things — a prepared successor, judgment
someone else can carry — take years. The best time to begin is while what you have built is still
producing.

The investment is shared in your personal conversation, together with the dates and locations that suit you.

The Intensive is designed for individuals, and couples can join by exception. For a whole family,
there is a Family Legacy Intensive, held privately. We can discuss both in your conversation.

Throughout the year, in Florence and other cities around the world. We share the upcoming dates in your conversation.

Yes. What is said in the room stays in the room, and your Blueprint is yours alone.

You have built a business.
You have built a life.
