Privacy Policy

At https://medicilegacy.com (the “Site”), we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our visitors’ and customers’ personal information. This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, and share personal information about you when you visit or make a purchase from our Site.

1. Information We Collect

We collect various types of personal information about you, including:

  • Contact Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and other contact details.
  • Payment Information: Payment and transaction information associated with your purchases. Payments for The Legacy Inventory are processed through Stripe, which collects your payment details directly. We receive transaction information, such as payment status and reference details, rather than your full card number or security code.
  • Order Information: Information about the products or services you order, including shipping and billing address.
  • Usage Information: Information about how you use our Site, including your IP address, device type, browser type, and operating system.
  • Assessment Information: Your responses to The Legacy Inventory’s 54 statements about capital, business, relationships, access, judgment, and conviction, together with the results generated from those responses. These include your assessment map, identified exposures, apparent contradictions, and area identified as your “thinnest asset.”
  • Participation Information: An identifier associated with your assessment, submission timestamps, and the event or source through which you accessed it.

The written reflections and names you enter in The Inventory under “What you have entrusted, and to whom” section stay in your browser on your device. The Inventory does not transmit those entries to us. If you separately send us your saved report or discuss those reflections with us, we will receive the information you choose to share.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To fulfill your orders and provide you with customer support.
  • To provide The Legacy Inventory, generate your personal assessment results, and respond to questions about the assessment.
  • To review your submitted ratings and results and provide personal follow-up about your assessment, as explained when your information is collected.
  • To communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions.
  • To improve our Site and services, and to analyze how visitors use our Site.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your personal information with the following types of third parties:

  • Service Providers: We may share your information with service providers who help us operate our Site, fulfill your orders, store assessment submissions, and manage communications. For The Legacy Inventory, these include Google Sheets and Google Apps Script for receiving and storing submissions, and Stripe for processing payments.
  • Legal and Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose your information to legal and regulatory authorities as required by law.
  • Business Transfers: We may transfer your information to a third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, or other business transaction.

4. Your Rights

You have certain rights with respect to your personal information, including:

  • Right to Access: You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Erasure: You have the right to request that we delete your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

5. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your use of our Site. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when websites set or access cookies. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this website may become inaccessible or not function properly.

The Legacy Inventory also uses browser local storage to save your progress, contact details, ratings, and written Entrust reflections so that you can return to them on the same browser and device.

This saved information currently has no automatic expiry. You can remove it by clearing the Site’s stored data in your browser. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to view your saved assessment.

Clearing browser data does not delete information already submitted to us. To request deletion of submitted information, contact us.

6. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

7. Security
