Medici Conference 2026: The Architecture of Significance
From April 30 to May 3, business families from around the world gathered on the island of Mallorca for the 2026 Medici Conference. Together, we explored how to move beyond success and build lives of significance.
Our conversations ranged from family legacy and impact investing to self-managing businesses and using wealth and influence for something greater. Members shared openly about their businesses, families, challenges, and the lessons they have learned along the way.
Throughout the Conference, intimate table discussions created space for honesty, vulnerability, and practical exchange. Relationships deepened over Mediterranean meals, shared experiences, laughter, and conversations that continued long after the formal sessions had ended.
The Medici Conference is not just an event. It is a place for business families to step beyond the numbers, reflect on what truly matters, and explore how success can become significance.
Next year, the Medici Conference will be hosted in Rome.
