Cris Auditore Zimmermann is an entrepreneur and business owner who has set up more than 20 companies in 5 different countries. He was born and raised in Frankfurt, Germany, and currently lives with his wife Andrea and their three teenage sons on the island of Mallorca, Spain.
Cris built his portfolio in real estate buying apartment complexes, hotels and commercial spaces predominantly in the Rhein Main area of Germany. His passion for ministry led him to start an urban mission organization.
Cris studied law and theology and is currently pursuing a degree in art history. His love for Italy and the Renaissance has lead him to become an expert on the Medici family and develop a personal & business development company.

Dr. Philip Zimmermann is a strategist, entrepreneur, and investor from Germany. Philip works with entrepreneurial families across more than twenty-six countries, helping them build self-managing businesses, step out of daily operations, and shape legacies that outlast them.
He has spoken live to more than 500,000 people and shared stages with former prime ministers and industry leaders. He holds a doctorate in strategic leadership and has helped hundreds of business owners remove themselves from daily operations and build companies that grow without constant founder involvement.
Philip also has a deep passion for philanthropy, because he believes business freedom is not just about what you gain. It is about what you are finally free to give. He has been married to Christine for close to ten years and together they have two children.

Leonie Jakobi is an experienced event professional with a deep-rooted passion for creating meaningful connections through live experiences. Having worked in the events and music industry since her teenage years, she has worn many hats—from tour manager and merchandise manager to roles in music venues, independent record labels, and even a beloved local record shop. She is also an accomplished musician and songwriter.
Originally from Frankfurt, Germany, Leonie studied Economics and Management before relocating to Liverpool to pursue a degree in Songwriting and Performance. Her career reflects a unique blend of creativity, coordination, and community-building, and she has hosted numerous networking and music events designed to foster authentic, heart-level connection.
