Reflecting on 2024

As we close out 2024, I couldn’t be more thrilled about the journey the Medici community has taken. Over the past year, we’ve witnessed incredible growth and forged meaningful relationships that go beyond professional networking.

One of the most rewarding moments this year was reflecting with our members in Zurich, Switzerland. The overwhelming feedback was about the unparalleled depth of connections formed within our community. One member, with over two decades of experience in other business groups, described the Medici community as being on “a whole other level.”

Our mission has always been to create a space where entrepreneurs and business leaders can grow together, not just professionally but personally. Whether through conferences, gatherings, or meetups, these moments have fostered genuine relationships. Even my wife, who participated in our events, highlighted how safe and empowering the space feels, especially for women navigating both business and legacy-building conversations.

This year, we expanded to include over 150 members from 25 countries. Looking ahead to 2025, we’re gearing up for even more exciting initiatives: investor meetups, a podcast, a conference in Majorca, and a gathering in Florence. Each of these events is designed to deepen the connections and shared learning within our network.
